If it is grown locally, you will see it on our shelves!  The goal is to offer local produce whenever possible, but also to provide items like bananas, lemons and avocados, that allow us to be a one stop shop even though they are not grown at home.  We have the most incredible farmers in our area, and we are so grateful to live in Stratford where we have access to such high quality produce and we are so happy to share this bounty with you!  We want you to feel like you are shopping at a market everyday (because who doesn't love shopping at the market?).  We strongly believe you'll feel so good leaving our shop knowing you're supporting a hard working, passionate farmer near you.

We are proud to offer fresh and delicious food that you can take with you (although you might end up eating it before you leave the store it's so good!).  Our chefs make bread daily, sandwiches, salads, frozen meals, pastries and healthy bites.  Also, if you want to impress your friends at your next party, bring one of our delicious dips, spreads or dressings and you won't disappoint!  We are proud to offer all types of food including items for vegan, vegetarian and carnivore diets alike.  We even make our own ice cream which will blow you away!

Zero Waste Bathroom

Zero waste is not a fad or a trend, but the new way we need to start living.  Zero waste does not mean going through your house and throwing away all of your plastic and replacing it with bamboo instead.  It's about rethinking the way we shop and the way we live.  We are here to introduce you to new products that can help you move towards living a more zero waste lifestyle but without guilt and only moving with positive steps.  It's about making it EASY on you; for example, by providing a refill section where you can use your old bottles and fill up with your everyday items like shampoo, conditioner, lotions, dish soap, laundry detergent, all-purpose cleaner and so much more.  We are still learning and evolving and hope you will come with us on this journey!

Let's face it, dry goods usually means a LOT of packaging.  We have tried to supply you with the basics and staples that you need for your household.  Join us as we try to decrease the amount of waste going into our landfills.  You can do this by bringing in your own bags/containers to replenish your bulk dry goods, or for those times we forget, use one of our free donated containers and fill away.  There is nothing sexier than a kitchen pantry with nothing in it but reusable containers and jars.
